Hello and welcome,

Our Liberty Hill martial arts school might just seem like a place to get fit and learn self-defense... but the truth is it's so much more.

Whether you're looking for a place to train on your own, with family and friends, or are seeking out an amazing facility for your children...we can certainly help you out!

But I did want to take a moment to talk to you about some additional benefits. There are some more "subtle" things that happen when you train in our programs that most people are truly not prepared for.

Getting fit and learning amazing self-defense moves sound rewarding enough - but our students are always blown away by the ways that martial arts impacts other areas of their lives as well.

Trusted Guard Martial Arts

Our Liberty Hill Kids Karate classes are not only geared towards excellent self-defense techniques, striking, and kicking - children ages 3 and up are taught self-discipline, focus, and respect. Parents of the students love our classes too because they have seen their kids become better behaved everywhere they go and often perform better in school.

We love to keep the kids engaged and attentive with a little bit of play! It's fun for kids, parents, and the instructors. Classes are packed with fun activities and games as kids improve techniques and have a blast!

Hapkido walks the tightrope of hard vs. soft martial arts technique. It employs “softer” techniques which focus on using your opponent's own momentum against them... as well as “hard” techniques like powerful punches & kicks to stun.

It also focuses on staying relaxed & calm in any situation. Combine this with the great shape you'll get in as you learn this Korean form... and before you know it your whole life will fill with a calm, cool confidence. The extra weight you lose will help you feel more energized and alert too. It's truly life-changing.

Liberty Hill Hyper Martial Arts is a unique program designed for teenage martial artists. It's a performance-based martial art sport where students take their martial arts skills, combine them with exciting gymnastics moves, and perform 'tricks' like spins, flip kicks, and more. Hyper is quickly sweeping the globe because it's such a fun, challenging sport for teens.
